Cancellation Policy
At Sunday Health, we understand that life happens and things sometimes come up unexpectedly. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, as well as the time of our other clients.
To ensure everyone can access appointments, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us fill the appointment slot for someone else waiting.
Cancellations or Reschedules:
More than 24 hours notice: No charge. You're welcome to reschedule your appointment at your convenience.
Less than 24 hours notice: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
No-show: The full appointment fee will be charged.
Please note: If a practitioner needs to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
